With a software engineering background, the experience of working for nonprofits, and a certificate in nonprofit management, Nineta combines technical expertise with a passion to help nonprofits accomplish their mission. Nineta is a Salesforce Certified Force.com developer. When she’s not solving technology puzzles in the cloud, she can be found volunteering, playing tennis, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Vladimir Martinov, Director of Technology & Co-Founder

Salesforce Certified Force.com DeveloperVladimir enjoys solving large, complex software problems by breaking them up into elegant, manageable components. He is a Certified Force.com Developer and a Certified Scrum Master, and employs the Agile methodology to ensure projects get delivered on time and on budget. Vladimir has extensive experience working in the public sector, as well as private enterprises ranging from start-ups to large corporations. He has employed his software architecture skills to a variety of industries such as: local government, healthcare, software, semiconductor, and medical insurance. He is an avid cyclist on both pavement and dirt.

Patty Simonton, Director of Client Engagement

Headshot: Patty SimontonPatty is a program manager, community builder, strategic planner, crowdfunding expert, and event organizer who loves to work with social entrepreneurs, peace makers, and members of the creative community to make the world awesome. Before joining DaizyLogik, Patty was the community manager at the Mentor Capital Network, where she supported for-profit social enterprise startups around the globe through the MCN Sustainable Business Plan Collaboration program. Patty was also the director of support at StartSomeGood, where she managed a global support team, and directly assisted 230 social enterprises and non-profits raise almost  $1.7M through crowdfunding. In between theatre productions and long distance bike rides, she earned a degree in International Business from Georgetown University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. She was the producer for FIGMENT DC, an annual participatory community arts festival, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for DC Net Impact and arts non-profit Playa del Fuego.

Dorrit Lowsen, Business Strategist

Since then she has customized Salesforce for a variety of smaller businesses and non-profits. Dorrit holds both a Master’s degree in computer science and an MBA in strategy and international business. She has worked across a broad range of business areas including public policy, executive leadership, strategic planning, operations, institutional development, marketing, business process improvement, human resources, organization design, program management, IT, and professional development, in the private sector, government, and non-profit and has served on several non-profit boards. When not helping clients make the best use of technology to address their biggest challenges, Dorrit loves traveling, cooking, reading, and theater.
